Melville Pinot Noir Terraces 2014
Pale garnet in color, elements of orange zest, red apple skin and black tea emanate from the glass. With time, tender notes of rosewater, thyme and Chinese five-spice emerge alongside dusty components of lavender, fennel seed and dried tobacco. The palate impression is elegant, with well integrated stem tannins that frame the wine’s lengthy and generous finish.

Paradox Honey Genimai
Two green teas, a toasted-rice mild and earthy variety called Genmaicha and a powerful and lightly smoky hand rolled variety called gunpowder were carefully combined with wildflower and honey our barrel aged mixed fermentation golden ale for something with roots in the past, but big plans for the future!
New Belgium Abbey Ale
This garnet brown hued Belgian-style dubbel is strong on character and rich in flavor. Seven malts, including caramel Munich and chocolate, and a definitive Belgian yeast, waft off sweet, spicy aromas. Rich tones of chocolate and dark caramel mix with nuanced dried cherries, burnt sugar and figs. Sweet and roasty upfront, followed by a slightly bitter finish, Abbey is a lovely representation of the monastic beers of Belgium.
Kent Falls Semblance
Semblance is a hoppy farmhouse wheat beer. Amarillo and Azacca hops as whirlpool and dry hop additions contribute a wonderfully complex fruit character which compliments the house yeast culture. It's dry, balanced, and super flavorful.
Spirit of the Week
Dark amber in color, On the nose floral with a hint of vanilla bean and caramel pudding. On the palate floral with brown baking spices and browned butter with vanilla creme, caramel and a hint of cinnamon. Medium finish with toffee and spice with a vanilla fade.
