October 26th -  Food &Wine Class - $50
Another great evening to be remembered at Tutto Pasta!  Brothers Andrew and David will perform their chef skills and pair a variety of Harry’s wine selections each with a different plate from their endless menu repertoire.   Each pairing will illustrate exactly why there is just a little magic in a well prepared pairing. We will pair six plates this night and offer tasting size portions of the foods. A snack beforehand or after may be appropriate for those with a larger appetite but no one will go home hungry!

November 2nd - Great Vintages! - $30

Mother Nature sure loves us wine drinkers!   Every few years she creates the perfect growing conditions in a number of different wine growing regions around the world.  This results in wonderful wines that express the sense of place (terroir) and the perfect grape flavors (varietal) so that the winemakers only have to mix it all together, and Voilá . . .  well, almost!  In this class we will explore some of these fantastic vintages currently on the market, and without a doubt they will open your eyes to what the great wines can taste like when they are made in the great vintages.

November 9th - Guest Speaker: Owner/Winemaker Juan Pablo de Simon, Valserrano Vineyards - $30
Tonight you have the best seat in the house as we visit with the owner/winemaker from the renowned Valserrano in Rioja. A perennial favorite on our shelves, these carefully crafted wines show what this great wine producing region is all about. Juan Pablo is a great personality and we are pleased to have him here to guide us through an evening in north central Spain!
November 16th - Oregon 2014 Vintage - $30
Keeping with the great vintage theme this semester, this class will focus on ONE top quality vintage, 2014, from ONE premier growing region  --  Oregon!  We will focus our attention on the unique terrior, i.e., growing conditions (but so much more, too), that is to be found in the different areas in and around the Willamette Valley. With a great diversity of unique micro climates and soil types, this region is a hot-bed of viticulture, and tonight we will examine what effect this has on the wine in your glass.  Great class for both novice and advanced wine tasters.

December 7th - Holiday High End! - $50
Always a sold out event! This evening we will showcase our favorite selections for your own cellar or for the wine collecting friends or family on your holiday list. We will taste and discuss our favorite collectibles from different wine growing regions, and give you a rare opportunity as we pull corks from some of the world’s most re-known producers. An evening of great company, amazing wines, and most-assuredly not to be missed!
