|Historically, Chile has long been recognized as a place with great winemaking potential. Though it's reputation as one of a great value leader, there is more to their wines that has yet to be discovered. Fascinating varieties of wines are just now entering the US from this remarkable area and they are painting an entirely new picture of possibility for Chilean wine. |
So join us we explore this wonderful wine region with a beautifully paired menu by owner/chef Bryan Malcarney of Blue Lemon Restaurant.

Bogle Phantom 2012
A symphony entrances the senses immediately: juniper berry and spice, with just a wisp of toasted coconut hinting at the American oak aging. Sparkling rubies catch the light and tempt your first sip. Juicy plums and brawny blackberries are succulent and intoxicating, as the full bodied structure takes hold. Abundant, yet ripe tannins round out the palate, yet donít overpower the redcranberry fruit.

Foam compact, rugged, white and persistent . Golden with "vibration" green. Intense nose, exuberant, almost aggressive, with a net ripe fruit of white nectarine , gooseberry and lychee nearly cover a delicate spiciness. In the mouth the attack is refreshing thanks to the lightweight body and the absence of residual sugar. Dry finish, sharp and prolonged.
$9.99 . . . 6pbtl
This medium bodied amber lager elegantly combines a touch of malty sweetness with a pleasingly subtle aromatic hop character. Stoudtís Oktoberfest is brewed from the finest imported ingredients in the style of the original German Oktoberfest celebrations beers.
$13.29 . . . 750ml
Tango is a big, bold, Belgian-style dark ale brewed with 1,200 pounds of cherries! Tango pours a beautiful ruby color with a nice fluffy head, offering a very complex aroma of cherries and other dark fruits. The strong 750 ml glass bottle finished with a cork and cage allows the very robust bottle-conditioning responsible for Tangoís effervescence. Dark fruit flavors join the cherries to match up with the strong malt bill with the Belgian yeast adding its 2 cents along the way.
