Historically, Chile has long been recognized as a place with great winemaking potential. Though it's reputation as one of a great value leader, there is more to their wines that has yet to be discovered. Fascinating varieties of wines are just now entering the US from this remarkable area and they are painting an entirely new picture of possibility for Chilean wine.
So join us we explore this wonderful wine region with a beautifully paired menu by owner/chef Bryan Malcarney of Blue Lemon Restaurant.

Sauvignon Blanc 2013
Classic pale straw in color, our 2013 currently leans toward
the mineral/flint end of the spectrum. Melon notes mixed with citrus peel, ginger, and a hint of white pepper emerge as the aromas continue to expand. The flavors reveal a subtle lemon cream in the background that I typically found in France’s Loire Valley, but definitely kept in check with proper acidity. This wine is Vibrant, zesty, and edgy.

Barrel Aged 471
$10.69 . . . 22oz
471 is a small batch, limited edition ale that was created by our Brewmaster to separate the weak from the strong. 471 is a double IPA, that combines Pale, Munich, Caramel-30, Carapils and Torrified Wheat malts, with Chinook, Centennial, Simcoe and Fuggles hops. It has a big sweet mouthfeel, followed by more hoppiness than you've ever had at one time.
$9.29 . . . 4pcan
Hardcore Chimera is an American style imperial IPA brewed with Citra, Simcoe, Columbus, Cascade and Mosaic hops. The beer won a silver medal at the 2014 International Beer Festival in Rhode Island. Ringing in with over 80 IBUs Hardcore's intense aroma and flavor of passionfruit and citrus is balanced out against a hearty grain bill that lends to Hardcore's deceptively drinkable 9% ABV.
Jack's Abby TrIPL
$4.29 . . . 16oz
Triple India Style Lager. Deep copper color with a full body and a bold hop aroma with hints of pine and citrus. A special warm hopping process helps the Columbus, Chinook, and Citra hops dominate this beer giving it a bitter back, and a long, complex finish.
Spirit of the Week
Sons of Liberty Gin
$39.99 . . . 750ml
The Belgian Wheat Act - the first in a series of expressions distilled from craft beer styles.
This Act starts with a Belgian Wheat mash composed of barley, wheat and oats. The mash is infused with coriander, sweet orange peel, lemongrass, cascade and chinook hops. The same botanicals are then vapor infused into the spirit with the addition of juniper berries.
This Genever Style Gin is distilled four times - never above 160 proof. The resulting spirit is unlike any Gin you've ever had - a complex mouthfeel complemented by bright citrus flavors and light notes of juniper.
