Bond James Bond Bollinger Vintage 2009
On the nose, the wine boasts a refined complexity, the expression of the Grands crus’ terroirs. White flowers, citrus fruit, delicately stewed pear with hints of vanilla, toasted aromas, hazelnut and breadcrumbs. On the palate the wine shows a good maturity yet remains quite brisk and lively. We move through candied fruit, mirabelle plum, quince paste and honey with a finish that reminds us of bitter orange.

Saison with Rye
$6.69 . . . 16oz
Fruity and spicy Belgian style yeast along with a little acidity. Touches of sour apple, apricot, pepper and must. There is noticeable hop character, some lemon and grass along with a crisp bitterness that complements the mild tartness from the yeast. The malt body rounds out the flavor with notes of crusty bread, honey and whole grains. Great complexity between the expressive yeast, hops and malts, but everything works well together and no single flavor overwhelms the others.

This release captures the essence of autumn in New England with locally grown pumpkins and traditional autumn spices. The Sons of Liberty and many volunteers cut, core, roast and press 32,000 lbs of pumpkins for a genuine pumpkin flavor. An autumnal mix of spices - cinnamon, clove, allspice, sweet orange peel and vanilla - complements the native harvest to create a balanced pumpkin spice profile perfect for this New England season. The nose is inviting with aromas of pumpkin and cinnamon. The rich mouth feel is full of toasty flavors and followed by a warm, balanced finish. This seasonal whiskey will quickly become your cold weather favorite.
