L'Aulnaye Muscadet 2014
Subtle nose with floral and mineral touch. Nice balance in mouth with a good persistence. Terroir de l’Aulnaye is a unique place on the two rivers confluence: Sèvre Nantaise and Maine, on a gneiss soil. The grapes turn golden and give the wine an asserted minerality.

DogFish Head Oak Aged Noble Rot 750ml

Noble Rot is brewed with pils and wheat malts and fermented with a distinct Belgian yeast strain. It has a spicy white wine body and a dry, tart finish.

Heavy Seas Siren Noire 22oz

With almost 3 pounds of Belgian coco nibs per barrel. We've aged it for five weeks in bourbon barrels with vanilla beans added. A mix of dark malts gives Siren Noire a well-rounded body that is decidedly chocolatey - but without being extraordinarily sweet. Brewers Gold hops contribute an earthy spiciness, with notes of black current.

Sam Adams Nitro Coffee Stout 4pk can

The dark roasted malts create notes of bittersweet chocolate with hints of dark fruit while the Sumatran & Indian Monsoon Malabar coffees develop a deep roasted dimension. For a deeper, yet smooth, flavor we steep the coffee beans in cold water to create an extraction that we add to this stout.

Spirit of the Week

High West Prairie 750ml

A subtle, albeit pleasant, nose on the first pour. Opens up into a floraled butter corn, cotton candy, and fruit nose.
Candy sweetness is the first thing which explodes on your tongue. Super sweet, but it has a relatively dry mouthful throughout, meaning the sweetness does not overtake the senses in a more syrupy bourbon. The short rye spice and pecan pie finish is a good thing in this case, never overwhelming.
