| All of the fruit for the 2008 was harvested from our Estate River Junction Vineyard on September 2nd and 3rd with an average Brix of 25.2. The resulting juice was stainless steel fermented cold. A small percentage of the wine was allowed to go through Malolactic Fermentation to further add to the complexity of the wine. |
