Fermented using native yeasts with only 20% new French oak, this Pinot is fresh and bright with strawberry and cherry aromas and flavors, supple tannins, ebullient acidity and a bit of spice. The densely fruited nose is packed with red cherry tones and laced with black pepper. It is from Bacchant Wines, the collaboration between Master Sommelier Sara Floyd and the Pisoni family, and is vinted by Jeff Pisoni, winemaker for Lucia Winery
