Hanssens Lambic Experimental Brew Cassis
Lambic made with black currants and matured in oak barrels.
Deep red with no head and no lace.
Fairly sour with some acidity in the nose and some oak tannins. Black currant is prevalent with some funkiness.
Nice tart sour character with black currant fruitiness to back it up and some oakiness.
Finish is clean and dry with some sourness.
