This is produced using a traditional process that has remained almost unchanged since 1859. It is golden colored with nice aromas of malt and hops with a slight bitter character on the finish.
Dark brown color with tan head. Aroma has lots of fruits like raspberry, blackberry and candied cherries with some chocolate underneath. Taste follows with dried fruits and quite bitter and roasty malt notes.
