Pazo Torre Penelas Blanco Granito is the first wine made entirely of granite by the Torres Family, from fermentation to subsequent aging. It is the maximum expression of the territory since it has only been in contact with granite, from the vineyard planted in granite soil until it reaches the bottle, enhancing the character of the Albariño.
It is an exclusive wine made with innovative ovoid Galician granite deposits for both vinification and aging. These granite deposits enhance the aromas and minerality of the wine and give it greater smoothness and volume on the palate.
