This Sancerre represents the terroir of the Loire Valley with its bright, lively aromatics and zippy acidity. The grapes are harvested from complementary parcels on the property and the final blend comes from three different soils--gravel, flint, and heavy clay.
Pair with an elevated Radicchio salad with some endives, toasted walnuts, green apples, and pecorino on toast.
